Other Policies

  • We cannot accept responsibility for damage of soiling to any beds, blankets e.t.c left with your dogs during their stay. Occasionally dogs in kennels who may not normally do so may chew/destroy these items.
If we notice a pet in our care destroying items we will remove them immediately (if possible) to prevent the risk of obstruction or illness.

  • Any dogs that have travelled or been rescued from abroad will be required to have relevant testing for example (Brucella Canis Testing)

  • Proof of current vaccinations must be shown at drop off, without this we are unable to accept your dog for boarding. This is due to licensing conditions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding of any dog for any reason we see fit. This is in the interest of safety as well as compliance with insurance and licensing policies.

  • During periods of high demand we reserve the right to request a deposit to secure your booking. These periods may be Easter, Summer, Christmas and public holidays. This is at the discretion of the kennel owners.

  • Please be aware some dogs may suffer stress and anxiety when in kennels. especially in cases where they may have had previously poor experiences. It is not unusual for these dogs to lose weight during a stay. We do our best to monitor and prevent this as much as possible.

  • All dogs in our care must be fitted with a suitable collar and Identification tag in accordance with current UK laws.

  • Please be aware additional charges may occur during bank holidays and christmas periods.
